K100-08 egg liquid filter is a type of filter that is composed of two stainless steel pipeline filters in parallel. It has the advantages of a novel and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong flow capacity, continuous operation, and simple operation. It can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter screen. The filter has basically no material consumption and low operating cost.
This equipment is entirely made of stainless steel 304, with polished inner and outer surfaces. The filter jacket is equipped with a stainless steel filter element and filter screen, and the cover and jacket are connected using a quick connect method for easy disassembly and cleaning. During operation, the dual filter can be switched between single machine and dual machine operation to expand flow. During maintenance and cleaning, one side can be closed for maintenance and cleaning without the need to shut down, ensuring its continuous operation.
